Terms upon which en aree shown coloured red on plan was granted as an extension to Rural Building Lot No.54.

(a) The lessee to surrender the existing Crown Lease of

Rural Building Lot 54 when required by the Land Officer (b) The lessee to be granted a new Crown Lease of Rural

Building Lot 54 including the area coloured red. The

new lease to be for the same term and to commence from

the same date as the existing Crown Lease of Rural Building Lot 54 and to be subject to the clauses and covenants contained in the old Crown Leare together with the foregoing and following conditions. (c) The lessee to pay into the Colonial Treasury within

seven days of the date of a letter from the Director of Public Works stating that the area is at his dis- posal premium for the extension at the rate of 12 cents per square foot.

(d) The lessee to pay Crown rent for the extension at the

rate of $250 per acre, commencing from the date men- tioned in (c).

(e) The lessee to construct substantial walle where neces-

sary to obviate landslipe in the event of his cutting

away the hill to level the site.

(f) The lessee to pay the sum of £6.25 for each new bound-

ary stone required to define the lot he will also have

to pay the cost of removing or refixing any existing boundary stones, the work to be carried out by the

Director of Public Works.

(g) The lessee to take up the new Crow Lease when called

upon to do so by the Land Officer end pay him the sum

of $30.00 for the same.

(h) Except with the consent of the Governor-in-Council

previously obtained, not more than six houses to be

erected on the lot including the extension.
